Great location with beautiful sea views. Spacious and clean rooms. Private beach with a sunset high tea. Excellent staff, including Jasmine at the front desk and Shreejith at the Jasmine Bay restaurant. Good breakfast and complimentary boat ride at the lagoon.
Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.

This hotel was luxury in every respect, had very caring staff from the front desk managers. The superior cottage was equipped with basic facilities, including a mini-bar, coffee and tea making equipment. A bathtub in the separate bathroom was a plus. We were in a nice and absolutely perfect location at walking distance from Padmanabhapuram Palace. Everything was simply very good.
